Acknowledgements:
Please note your ship date on acknowledgement. We make every effort to ALWAYS ship on or before that date. Orders are acknowledged by fax or email and will be processed as stated. Please review your order, sign and return immediately. Any delay in returning your signed confirmation may delay your delivery date.

Payment and Terms:
Terms are 50% down and 50% COD on ALL NEW ACCOUNTS unless credit is approved prior to placing an order. Applications are available for customers who wish to establish an account. (CLICK HERE for credit application) . Allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and approved Checks and Cash.
Set-Up Charges :
Set-Up charges are required for most products.
In-House- Our screens are kept on file for 60 days. After 60 days, new screens are required and will be charged at repeat prices.

Embroidery- Computer Disks are required for all new designs to be sewn. -Charges are $15.00 per thousand stitches.

Creative Art charges are based on $35.00 per hour with a $30.00 minimum.
EXCESSIVE ART CHANGES WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL ART CHARGES. Film charges apply if the customer supplies camera ready artwork on disk or hard copy.

PMS Colors and Color Matching :
If a PMS color is required on an order, a $5.00 charge will apply. (Including reorders) All other color matching will be assigned a PMS color and will be charged as such. We have quite a few standard colors to choose from at no additional charge that may serve your needs.
Production Time & Rush Services:
Orders are scheduled into production when all information, art instruction, files, etc., have been received and approved by Impress Designs. Production time varies on different products. Any event dates, special ship dates, or orders requiring special shipping instructions must be approved prior orders being entered into production. Your acknowledgement will state a firm ship date unless we notify you of complications or backorders.
Rush Services: We will provide rush service when necessary if it is available. However, we will not bump another customers order if it was placed prior to yours. Rush charges will apply for extremely quick turn around or weekend production, which reflects in overtime for our staff.
Pre Press Proofs & Production Approvals:
In-House: Impress Designs requires a press proof on all orders over 500 pieces or totaling more than $2000.00. A pre-press sample is available for less than a 500 piece order but additional charges will apply.
Factory: Charges for proofs or samples from one of our promotional product factories are determined at each factory. You will be notified, at the time you place your order of any additional charges, if they apply.
Over/Under Runs :
All over/under runs are avoided if at all possible. However, many of the factories we represent allow a standard overrun up to 10% on some items. In house garment items sometimes have a shortage due to manufacturer defects or printing errors during the production run.
